The hotel is in a fantastic location right on the main square in Kelso, with free parking all around. The rooms were a good size and light and airy, but they seemed tired and could do with a refurb. The service was friendly and courteous, although there were some minor issues. The dining experience was generally superb, offering freshly made delicious meals. Overall, a great stay with some areas that could be improved.
